The opening track, Nothing Brighter, was at the top of the painting list. On that drive home, this is the track that pulled me in. I was hanging on every word. The first time they sang, “Wasn’t looking for something, that’s when it finds you they say,” it melted me. I’ve been feeling this about so many things in my life right now. Right in this very moment. Right in that very moment.

Creating art invites me to exist entirely in the present. In a space where past and future fade away. I find clarity and awareness. Each piece I create becomes an exploration of what it means to be fully in this moment.

Encompass - To form a circle around. To enclose. To surround. To envelop
