By purchasing artwork from my e-commerce store, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all sales of original artwork, prints, and custom orders. Please read them carefully before making your purchase.

2. Artwork Description

  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all artworks listed for sale are original, one-of-a-kind pieces created by Amanda Roy using natural pigments that were personally crafted by the artist.

  • Some works may be available in different presentation options, including unframed, framed, or adhered to cradled wood panels. The available options and prices for these will be clearly listed on the product page.

  • Prints, if offered, will be clearly identified as such.

3. Natural Pigments and Intentional Transformation

  • The artwork is created with natural, handmade pigments. These pigments are intentionally designed to interact with their environment over time.

  • Factors such as oxidation, sunlight exposure, air quality, and other environmental elements may cause the artwork to change in color or texture.

  • This gradual transformation is intentional and reflects the philosophy of living in the present and appreciating change. By purchasing an artwork, you acknowledge and accept this process as part of the work’s uniqueness. No refunds or exchanges will be made for changes resulting from this natural process.

4. Custom Orders and Commissions

  • Custom orders and commissions may be available upon request. Please reach out via email to discuss availability, pricing, and timelines.

  • Custom orders may require a deposit, which will be non-refundable once the work has commenced.

5. Shipping and Handling

  • Artworks will be packaged carefully to ensure they arrive safely.

  • Amanda Roy Art, LLC and Amanda Roy are not responsible for damages that may occur during shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact the artist within 48 hours of delivery, and she will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted, including for artworks that change over time due to the natural properties of the pigments.

  • If there is an issue with your order unrelated to damage during transit, please contact Amanda Roy directly to discuss possible resolutions.

7. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices vary depending on the size, medium, and framing or presentation options.

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods will be outlined on the e-commerce platform.

8. Ownership and Copyright

  • By purchasing a piece of artwork, you are acquiring ownership of the physical item. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with Amanda Roy, the artist.

  • Artworks may not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from Amanda Roy Art, LLC and Amanda Roy, the artist.

9. Limitations of Liability

  • Amanda Roy Art, LLC and Amanda Roy are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the use, display, or handling of the artwork.

  • The natural aging process of the pigments and materials is an intentional feature and not a defect; therefore, Amanda Roy Art, LLC and Amanda Roy are not responsible for any dissatisfaction arising from these changes.
